Secure Surfing — Is it possible?!

June 23rd, 2008 by Th0R

I have always been surprised by the number of people who actually talk about me and/or come to me saying that they do not know the logic of doing the secure surfing using two or more browsers; which I talked about briefly back in Hacker’s Day event 12th of June 2008. Moreover, some of them are even telling other people that I talked with no logic regarding to this matter and blogged it up as nice and handy blog’s article(s). In this very article, I would like to give out my “a little bit more” complete opinion on secure surfing methodologies, especially the one related to the two-browsers thing.

Friendster Logout Problem

July 3rd, 2008 by r3ck0rd

It’s been a while since I last post here about Account Security part III. Now, this is about Friendster. Friendster again? Am I not bored? Of course I do, it’s my fun! Hacking is for fun, don’t you think so? Of course you don’t if you have already made hacking as a job. It’s no fun anymore, isn’t it? It’s about work. Or if someone still say it’s fun whether it’s a job or not, glad to hear that! :) Read the rest of this entry »

Secured by the Nature

June 28th, 2008 by Th0R

There were always be some questions asking me what is the best password people can make to protect their accounts over the Internet and/or how to make their passwords uncrackable with any of the cracking methods available on the Internet (Such as Md5 Hash and it’s Rainbow Tables) - These kind of questions are mostly being asked while I am doing several of my Zero-knowledge Password Seminars. This is very funny, because it is fact that some of the people around this globe are struggling over their head to find one very suitable and secure password(s) for their accounts, while some other people (Whose still around this globe) are being protected by their very own nature and culture!

Stealing GSM Credits using Mobile Virus

June 28th, 2008 by Th0R

It’s not like I am a freelance White Hat Hacker by the morning and Virus Coder at night as what Zoiz told me (I’m not a hacker to begin with) back when I message him about this little crazy sneaky idea of mine, the idea of turning your Zero-GSM-Credits onto something like Rp. 8,918,112 (Warning: This is only a random number to replace the word “a lot”!) by using your programming knowledge. Oh yeah! And this ain’t legal, seriously! Since we’re going to ask for the help of a Mobile Virus to make it real.

What is Backlink(s)

June 23rd, 2008 by Th0R

One of the biggest factors of ranking high in the search engines is other websites linking to yours. And one of the most often asked questions on Blackhatworld is……. Wait for it……….. How or where do i get them.

Cbox Links - CBox; a Tagboard software that bloggers and website owners can add to their website. It works much like the Wordpress comments part of the wordpress script only its a simple shoutbox type script that you can throw a few links onto.
Google query to find an updated list of sites running this vulnerable software: allintext:[get a cbox]

Bypass WebHosting Disk Space Limitation

June 23rd, 2008 by Th0R

Maybe this isn’t a real good tips for those who lived outside Indonesia and/or any other developing countries in Information Technology course, but this will gonna be one of the most rocking information for those people who lived in Indonesia and any other similar countries. Why is that?! Because this little article will going to talk about the way people can surpass the limitation of a disk space usage given by their Web Hosting providers; which not going to be that useful for International people in common, since there are plenty of web hosting providers out there offering their huge spaces and bandwidth with a very cheap price such as hostmonster.

Yes! Indonesia will have such a day/night for those people who want to be, who want to know, who want to learn and/or think that they are hackers; this event going to be a full-of-sharing event which a lot of interesting researches and topics to be discussed. There will be seminars there with some experts as the speakers (Please exclude my name from the experts list) and discussion panels, but that’s not all, our real goal is to make real hackers who come and join this event (As a speakers and/or audiences) to share their knowledges - That’s why we gave you guys coffee break, lunch time, and probably a night-socializing time which going to be held in a pub/bar (Thats because we believe that a true expert know how and able to socialize).
